IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE-
The cut off date with guarantee Christmas delivery for custom orders (name bedding, custom bedding) has now passed. Any order Placed with a custom item may not arrive to until early January 2018.
The last day to place your order for IN STOCK items is DECEMBER 4th with guaranteed Christmas delivery. If you are unsure about the processing time of an item it is noted at the bottom or please email dot.boxed@gmail.com.
Please also note that during the holiday season most shipping timelines are longer so please allow additional time for an item to arrive.

- IN STOCK items will be brought to the post office between 1-3 business days of confirmed order & payment (Monday through Friday). Depending where you live it may take a couple of weeks to reach you.
Estimated standard shipping within Canada is 2-7 business days.
Estimated standard shipping to USA is 7-14 business days.
Estimated standard shipping outside of North America is 14+ business days. (some destinations can over 3 weeks to arrive so please be patient)

-PRE ORDER / MADE TO ORDER  items will ship according to the product listing timeline. (Sometimes up to 5 weeks) Please read individual listings for estimated delivery.
-If you order an In Stock product along with a Pre Order / made to order product they will both ship together according to the Pre Order timeline and WILL NOT ship separately. If you wish to have the In Stock product ship prior please purchase products separately and you will be paying for separate shipping costs.
-Standard shipping costs for Canada include tracking and insurance; due to the size and weight of our products we cannot adjust shipping costs - sorry.
-Standard shipping costs for USA and INTERNATIONAL are the choice of the customer at checkout to include Tracking and Insurance or not.
*If you DO NOT add tracking and insurance to your order and it is not delivered, lost, damaged we will NOT send a new order without charging extra shipping.*
*If you cannot find an email confirming shipping notification please always check your junk mail box*
During a major SALE or promotion please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed.

WHEN AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BUT SAYS DELIVERED WHAT DO YOU DO?
-First, please check your local post office and with your neighbors, friend and family. If it cannot be found please allow an additional 3 days to see if it shows up. If the package cannot be located then get in touch and we will assist you.
*once an item leaves us and is shipped we are not responsible for lost or damaged packaged.
*DOTBOXED is not responsible for any extra shipping costs, customs duties or taxes OR delays when shipping outside Canada.

RETURNS  / EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are Final.
If by accident your product has a defect please notify us as soon as possible along with pictures and we will send a new one out right away.

* all sizes are approximate
* colors may differ slightly from photos due to a variance in computer screens
* special laundering care is needed for some items and will be either noted in the listing or instructions will be mailed with purchase.
*always use your best judgement when leaving any baby or child alone with blankets or bedding. Do not leave a child unattended with any bedding that includes loose trim, pom poms etc.
